Alexander Pantinakis is a Republican political strategist based in Northeast Florida with a track record of helping candidates and organizations win at the federal, state, and local levels. He is the founder of On Target Messaging, a political consulting and government affairs firm focused on strategy, coalition-building, and results.
Pantinakis serves as Political Director for the Republican Party of Florida, where he led statewide political strategy, turnout operations, and campaign coordination during the 2024 election cycle in support of President Donald Trump, coordinating efforts across federal, state, and local races in one of the nation’s most complex and closely watched political environments.
Pantinakis has held a range of statewide and local leadership roles, including serving as Republican State Committeeman for Duval County, becoming the youngest person in Florida history to hold the position. His work with the Republican Party and the conservative movement spans more than a decade and includes leadership focused on party building, candidate recruitment, and message development.
Pantinakis has been recognized for his leadership and impact in Florida politics, including recognition in Influence Magazine’s “30 Under 30 in Florida Politics,” Jacksonville Bold’s “Top 10 People to Watch in Jacksonville Politics,” and selection to Leadership Jacksonville’s Class of 2022. He has also served in a variety of appointed and advisory roles at the local level, including as a mayoral appointee to the Jacksonville Public Library Board of Trustees and as a task force member for the 50th Anniversary of Jacksonville’s Consolidation.
